This Privacy Policy explains how Gilgamesh Co. for Animation Technology Solutions (“Arabicy,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Arabicy mobile application and website. By using Arabicy you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information — the name, username, and email address you provide when you register or sign in.
- Learning activity — courses you enroll in, lessons you complete, quiz results, and progress, so we can save and sync your learning.
- Purchase information — when you subscribe, our payment processor handles the payment. We receive your subscription status and transaction identifiers; we never receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Voice input for pronunciation practice — when you use a speaking exercise, the app accesses your microphone and uses your device’s speech-recognition to convert your speech to text for scoring.
- Technical data — basic device and log information used to keep the app working and secure.
About microphone & speech
Speaking exercises use your device’s built-in speech-recognition (Apple Speech on iOS, Google on Android). To recognize what you say, your spoken audio may be processed by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. Arabicy uses the recognized text only to score your pronunciation; we do not record, store, or share your voice audio. The microphone is used only while a speaking exercise is active.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide the courses and features you request.
- To save your learning progress and personalize your experience across devices.
- To process and validate subscriptions and grant access to paid content.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app and website.
- To respond to your support requests and important service notices.
What we do not do

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal account data, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

Arabicy is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
