How do I create an account or sign in?

Open the app and tap Sign up to create an account, or Log in if you already have one. You can also browse as a guest.

The pronunciation exercises can’t hear me or make no sound.

Make sure you allowed the Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions, your volume is up, and the ring/silent switch is off. You can re-enable permissions in your device Settings under Arabicy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Manage or cancel any time in your device’s account settings under Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same account and your access will be available.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your personal account data.
